Excellent park with many opportunities for hiking, swimming, and boating. There is a forested trail and a river front trail. Great access to Green River. Additionally there are many picnic areas and facilities. There is ample parking.
This Park is HUGE! So many acres of land and water. Very beautiful park.we went around 9:30am, only ones here. The trails were so therapeutic and calming, the sounds of the river running along side of the trails was really magical. Highly recommend for dog as the dogs had so much to run around and explore.
Great park! Good trails and interesting sights! Be prepared for lots of steps to visit the bubbling geyser. Flaming geyser is no longer flaming. Awesome river and even more awesome small offshoots to wander around. Enjoyable for the whole family. Nice day use, picnic and BBQ, and model airplane flying area.
Lots of hiking trails and plenty of space for lots of people. The flame is no longer flaming, but still a nice park. There is a great hike, with some very pretty views of greenery, up to a bubbling spring. Definitely worth the walk (see pictures). Lots of riverfront views and walks as well.
