Confirmed from Flint River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Flint River Trail

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (13 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

The short half mile I was able to enjoy was awesome. Next time I'm leaving the grandson and husband behind. Lol neither of them likes to walk very far. Grandson was disappointed we couldn't just take the gator. I explained that motorized vehicles are not allowed on the nature trail.

The trail is nice! There aren't many shaded areas though, so it might get toasty in the summer.

★★★★☆ — Kayla , Dec 2018

Some of the trail is steep, bumpy, but it's a very nice ride. Birds galore.
