We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Florence Rail Trail Connection Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Need to get away? Take a deep breath and head out to this beautiful Free experience. No equipment required well maybe a water bottle! No age restrictions, young in a stroller to a wheelchair will be just fine. Come join the birds and squirrels take a walk on the simple side of a day.

★★★★★ — Kimberly , Sep 2022

I wish the trail were longer, but our experience was enjoyable on our bikes, and the beautiful tree lined path is excellent in preventing that hot sun from beaming down, or glaring in your eyes. * * * * Four Stars

★★★★☆ — Robert , Oct 2021

Wonderful for walking with or without dog. Wide, well maintained paths. The only thing to make it perfect would be trail markers. But your GPS works as well

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
