Confirmed from Florence Veterans Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Moving and beautiful tribute to our veterans. My husband and I stumbled upon this on a night walk with our dog since we were just passing through and staying at a local hotel. It is beautifully maintained and we walked back the next morning to see it in the daylight.

A beautiful memorial that's not easy to find. A lot of people walking the dogs here. A lot of other people just walking around reading the memorials and the signs. It's all flat and easily traversed, and worth a short stop.

We were driving through on Interstate and needed a picnic spot for the family to eat our fast food. This park was a beautiful option. It is well maintained, has a nice combination of grassy areas and walking paths. It is well labeled to explain the monuments which sparked some great conversation with the kids.

Was looking for a local dog friendly park close to my location to try and I absolutely loved it. It was very clean & well maintained. The monuments were absolutely beautiful. I loved the teardrop waterfall. I could walk laps around this place all day I didn't wanna leave. Will definitely be going back.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
