Confirmed from Florence Robison Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a paved trail circling ponds filled with ducks, plus benches.
What runners say about Florence Robison Park
“I found this park to be clean and in great condition, but then any park I have been to in the city of Battle Ground is.”
“I just wanted to say, this park has shown me some of the most beautiful sunrises ever haha.”
“We love that place not a very big park but a great place for a jog or just a walk in the park.”
“If your on BG this place is a great park for all ages.”
I had a blast here amongst the ducks and geese! They are everywhere, insomuch, that it appears they run this park, lol! This park may be small (a 0.5-mile loop), but it is beautiful! Watching the children in awe of just how plentiful the ducks are here was a sight in itself!
This is a wonderful park in the Daybreak neighborhood! The trails are wide and the views are beautiful for a small park in a neighborhood. The ducks are always so plentiful too. 🦆 It's big enough to take a brisk walk around and feel like you got some exercise.
This and the duck pond across the street are great ! But keep in mind that neither have a public restroom . Nearest ones available would be at Goodwill or Albertsons about a quarter of a mile away 👍
Nice little park to walk a few times and see the ducks. Please don't feed them bread though, corn is a much better option.
Trail conditions & character
“This is a lovely park but the biggest downsides are the amount of dog poo in the grassy areas by the playground.”
“There are 4 different ponds to see different types of ducks with paved trails wrapping around them.”
“I just wanted to say, this park has shown me some of the most beautiful sunrises ever haha.”
“No restrooms, no playground, has 5 benches throughout the park to sit and enjoy the nature or a book.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
