As a photographer, I just love everything about Floyd Lamb Park. Whatever time of day you go, the lighting is perfect in one direction or the other. There are so many structures, areas of shade, trees and photo spots, you'll always find somewhere to shoot.
What a beautiful, peaceful and calming place to spend the day. We saw so many birds including American coots, cormorants, and all kinds of other birds. There's a lot of places to walk and a lot of places to rest. It's lovely to sit at the water and watch the birds.
This is an incredibly cozy and welcoming park that feels like a hidden oasis! It is the perfect place to escape the noise of the city. There are so many picturesque lakes scattered throughout the grounds, and they are always filled with groups of friendly ducks, which makes for a very peaceful and charming atmosphere.
Floyd Lamb Park is local gem desert oasis with beautiful lake ducks and peacocks. Nice area to go for a nature walk or run to explore the architecture, interesting horse barn and garage areas. Also known for the former Tule Springs Divorce Ranch (read history in photo).
