Confirmed from Frank Rendon Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular beachside park offering picnic shelters, grills & a playground, plus scenic ocean views.
What runners say about Frank Rendon Park

100% Veterans are free. My first time parking right on beach, put up pop-up right beside me (low visit day), normally park across road path in front. Atlantic Ocean as expected, no visibility with rx snorkel. Water was cool not cold. Went on a Wednesday. Ice Cream truck came by. I wish more food trucks came by.
Superb free beach access. It comes with rather ample parking lot (finding a spot in mid July was no issue), clean restrooms with showers and tables with bbq grill and shade. You can also park your vehicle on the beach too, there's a ramp 300 feet north.
