Confirmed from Franklin Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Community park featuring an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a playground & summer concert series.
What runners say about Franklin Park
“almost like it’s part of an oasis-like area, as it’s surrounded by some neighborhoods with amazing unique and well-maintained homes.”
“It is a beautiful park with large grassy areas and access to a playground, tennis courts, track-and-field, a baseball diamond, and next to the outdoor pool.”
“Courts tennis and pickleball we're NOT crowded either!”
Beautiful pool, rec swim on Saturday after 12 pm. Super nice staff at pool check in. Really really nice lifeguard named Alex helped me check on pool temp and chemicals. So they Offer $3 rates for military, Disabled, and other public officials. ( Ask I forgot all included!) Regular rate is $5 per day.
Awesome park! Definitely one of my favorite places to visit as far as parks are concerned. It has a lot of space for outdoor activities from as many as one person to possibly 100 or more people. I would say it's definitely a park worth visiting if you've reason to go there.
What an amazingly serene park! Extremely beautiful with a ton of grass, gorgeous trees, & a great walking path. They also have a quaint jungle gym area for the kids. Dogs are allowed on leash but be sure to bring you're own dog bags.
A fun place to play outdoors anytime of year! There is snow sledding or Franklin pool to events and festivals or just a walk, jog or fly a kite. Dog friendly. Family friendly.
