“Love walking here, and the beautiful scenery!”
Nice little hidden gem! We enjoyed our walk there. I would like to take bikes next time to go farther. We walked to the creek crossing. There was a cave on the way (you can't go inside due to bat protection) and we saw bunch of raptors of some kind take flight. Also lots of wildflowers and I found some wild ginger.
It's a great bike trail. I like to park at Ritter Springs park and ride a couple of miles of gravel before hitting the paved trail. There are more curves and turns and small hills than the typical Greenway in Springfield. It's a lot of fun and very scenic.
