Confirmed from Gibson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lush retreat featuring colorful gardens, paths, a duck pond, playground & a historic cabin.
What runners say about Gibson Park

This park was fun to walk around. Living in a desert environment, it was a refreshing change to see a bunch of green grass and trees surrounding you. The only thing that wasn't as pleasant were all the bird "surprise" I saw all over the ground.
This is such an amazing park, the best in Great Falls, I'd bet. There are two playgrounds, one suited for younger kids and one suited for slightly older kids. There's a pond full of ducks, geese, and seagulls to feed (please make sure you're using bird-safe food! I'd suggest quick oats!).
This was a beautiful park my daughter took us to when we visited Montana. There is a big pond with lots of ducks and geese which the kids really enjoyed feeding.
Great place to take kids, go for a walk, have a picnic, feed the ducks and birds, and be outside. Great size park and grass area. Lots of parking. Large skateboard park. You can have parties, picnics, any gathering you need for outdoor fun. Trails everywhere.
