Confirmed from Glacier Cone Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Geologic area carved out during the Ice Age, now left undeveloped with wild prairie grasses.
What runners say about Glacier Cone Park
“God's Presence is Super Tangible in the Atmosphere, Just Being in God's Beautiful Natural Creation :')”
This nearly secret hill in waukesha serves as a valuable training course for those going climbing in the near future. I’ve seen people barely able to walk to the top while others can run it!! I love the PayPal is view of the kettle morraine landscape.
It's not very easy to find when using google maps directions. When you get to the top it's a great view of Waukesha from one of the highest points around. The sunsets are great and it's far enough from downtown that you can even do some stargazing.
Lived in Waukesha most my life and I had no idea that this was here. Great view and a nice hike.
Very beautiful views, but be ready for an uphill hike, but at the end it is worth the climb up.
Trail conditions & character
