Confirmed from Goodwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful park, fun for adults and kids. Nice 1/4 mi. walking path around the area, big beautiful trees with plenty of shade for sunny days, and big field. Playground could be a bit bigger, but overall great park. We particularly like the local book box.

Good little park to get out and run around with the kids. Not much to do but it's nice to just go out and walk around a bit and enjoy the fresh air.

What a wonderful little park! Whenever I visit with my sister we take walks in Goodwood Park. Its very quiet and scenic with beautiful homes. On a nice day you will see children playing, squirrels running, and little ladies chatting it up on the benches. I enjoyed our walks and always looked forward to the park.

The park is on the smaller side for most parks in BR, but it’s never too crowded or rambunctious. The walking trail and towering trees make it fun for collecting acorns and finding nice leaves and rocks. Also, the little library has a great selection of books!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
