Confirmed from Grassy Pond Conservation Land's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Grassy Pond Conservation Land
“Short, fun walk through the woods with some great views, especially of water and changing leaves”
When you navigate here, navigate to the parking area cuz otherwise you get left in a residential neighborhood. There is an entrance to the conservation land from there, however the trails are very crisscrossed and finding your way back out is a trick.
There are several parking options, with even more trail heads. Both red access trails could use some mowing. Close by to Anderson CR and one trail head is across from Nagog Hill

A nice, short hike down to the water. Adequate parking right at the trailhead.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
