Confirmed from Nagog Hill Conservation Land's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Nagog Hill Conservation Land
“Beautiful, hilly, moderately challenging with a really fun long boardwalk section.”
“Wonderful well marked and well maintained Trail !”
One way to get in is the parking area labeled Grassy Pond conservation area; this was where the Google map directions took me to approximately. The entrance to the trail is across the street, and easy to miss when there are leaves on the trees (there is a sign).
We came back here after 12 years to see #theErratic boulder. Beautiful, hilly, moderately challenging with a really fun long boardwalk section. In early June, we smelled some fragrant plants and flowers that reminded me of the smell of Jasmine. It was gorgeous, lush, and green.
Beautiful property with rolling hills, wetlands, vernal pools and tracks! Healthy wooded forests occupied by birds, squirrels, marmots and life everywhere. What a great experience.
BEAUTIFUL trails, a lot of hills and uneven ground....rocks and roots, wear good shoes!! 2 trails. Absolutely great place
