Confirmed from Great Bridge Lock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Island park featuring a playground, fishing area, boat ramp, observation beam & picnic shelters.

Nice park and trail. It's quiet, clean, and family-friendly with spots for the kids to run and play, or to sit and take in nature. The museum on the other side is informative and interesting for history buffs. There are also other trails there, too.
Nice little park. Peaceful and quiet! I loved exploring and taking pictures on the trail. Went on a cloudy day, but still managed to get some nice pics.
Absolutely beautiful and clean and safe and well preserved natural environment. The grounds are clean & the foliage and shrubbery is cut back for the trail walks.
This park is well kept. Clean and shaded. Lots of trees to break the sun. We had my nephews birthday party in one of the pavilions you can reserve ahead of time. The pavillions are by the water. Quick access to a small boat launch, more for kayaks, paddleboards and similar craft.
