Confirmed from Green Acres Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Basic recreation area behind the Municipal Center with fields, tennis courts & walking trails.
What runners say about Green Acres Park
“The entire area was impressively clean and well-maintained, especially the bathrooms, spotless and fully stocked, which made a big difference for families with kids.”
“Beautiful park with tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball, and plenty of walking paths.”
“The atmosphere was so peaceful that I found my 85 year old uncle laying on the bench playing his harmonica!”
This park is humongous! It has something for everyone. Walking trails, tennis courts, handball courts, racquetball courts, volleyball nets, and playgrounds. Very clean and just a great place, and has covered areas for picnics too. There is an area with a dedication for Vets also.
A great park with a variety of things to do. There are gazebos, sports fields, tennis courts, and even a memorial. In addition to this there are a lot of paved walkways and some small trails through the woods. I definitely recommend coming out and taking a walk around.
It is a pleasant place to walk and nearby for me. I have been going there on my way home from work.
A great park with a variety of activities, including several playgrounds (with accessible swings), open fields, bike/walking paths, overlooks, tennis courts, soccer and football fields... And of course, lots of wildlife. Scenic, serene, and a hidden gem in the area!
