Confirmed from Silver Lake Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 460-acre, forested park includes a nature center with trails to explore a range of habitats.

Very nice park with clearly marked trails. We did the "Silver Lake Trail" which is 3.5 miles. It was very well maintained.
My boyfriend and I took our dogs on a 2 1/2 hour walk here and it was absolutely beautiful! He grew up in the area and made several comments about how much has been changed for the better about the park. It had really nice walkways built for the paths and everything is really well kept!
Great little nature preserve around a small lake. Very well marked trails. Plenty of nature and wildlife to explore. I like to bring my dog and do the whole loop. Also an awesome place to take pictures and learn about locat flora and fauna. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Very easy hiking/walking trails.
Great park. This park is has a Nature Center, Earthship, Visitor Center with gift shop and reference library. There are paved and natural trails through the park.

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
