Confirmed from Green River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

For me, the best walks are ones that I share with someone I like. So, when B suggested that we walk off the pile of Guatemalan food we had just eaten, I knew it was going to be good. I fired up Google Maps and found a few options nearby. Since B was getting over a virus, we looked for a walk without hills.

I liked this trail its a nice paved walk along the green river which is awesome if you like the river! If you like to nature watch the Eagles nest off the trail. It reminds me of back home. I enjoy coming here

I love this place! It's my favorite place to run! Paved trail, but sometimes runs along the road without a sidewalk. Bathrooms are few and far between, but it is still a pretty flat, nice run with a great view most of the way! Mt. Rainier can be seen from here on a clear day too!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
