Confirmed from Hamilton Greenbelt's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Great place to hike and enjoy easy trails with views of small waterfalls, a stag and neighboring houses.”

Wanted to try a new park while visiting the Austin area. With so many parks, this was a nice hidden gem. Main paths were wide and well-maintained. Throughout the park, there were many water areas of various sizes and flows. Saw everything from small waterfalls to ponds with small fish.

Beautiful, well maintained walking/running/hiking trials. Several sections are right at the waters edge. Stunning flowers and greenery. Beautiful spot to enjoy a bit of nature in the Hill Country.

This trail is so peaceful, with plenty of shaded areas and beautiful waterfalls scattered throughout. The environment is friendly, and leashed pets are welcome, which adds to the charm. It’s a small trail, so doing two rounds is manageable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing outing!

We live right next to this park and wet walk it daily. We didn’t know it was here when we moved in so this was a fantastic surprise. The trails are pretty extensive and enough to keep anyone busy for several miles worth of hiking. Plenty of shade, access to the creek, and beautiful waterfalls.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
