Confirmed from Hampton Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a pool, trails, playgrounds, volleyball and tennis courts, and picnic facilities.

A well kept and fun medium sized park area that has the added benefits of a community center, swimming pool and multiple soccer fields all within a quick walking distance. The parking lot is very large and, at least when we were there, the amount of people was rather sparse, so it was easy to have space for enjoyment.
The new playground here is wonderful! Small section for toddlers and a larger section for bigger kids. Adults can run and play too 😁 Strong equipment and clean. Well maintained. Within walking distance to the community center and the community pool. Great location, great park. Rarely busy.
Nice clean park with walking path, soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts and community pool.
A great place to visit for families! The kids’ play area is well-kept and enjoyable, making it perfect for little ones. The park also offers a nice short walking trail for a relaxing stroll, and it’s a wonderful spot for fishing. Peaceful, simple, and ideal for a quick outdoor escape.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
