Confirmed from Haven Hollow Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Plenty of things to keep the youngsters busy and the shelters are clean and well kept.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“When all the leaves are falling, beautiful place to see the fall season.”

Haven hollow is a nice place to walk, they have two baseball fields? And a playground which is really nice for kids. I had a playground like that when I was a kid. The river is awesome in the fall? When all the leaves are falling, beautiful place to see the fall season.

Fun place to walk around. Very nice kids playground and pavilions are normally very clean. On a side note, there are 2 pokemon go gyms and 4 stops here as well.

Take my kids here all the time. It is a great park for the community and noticed they have updated the equipment in the past few years to even include a wheelchair accessible swing. It nice to know they are thinking of these kids too as they are not blessed with the same opportunities as other kids.

Haven Hollow is a nice park to take the children to!! They have a baseball field for those who love baseball!! It also has a nice little picnic area with tables. You can walk past the picnic area and go down to the dock and go fishing and this park has plenty of parking space!!!!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says

  • LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
