Confirmed from Hayden Falls Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a 35-ft. waterfall & an overlook accessed via a boardwalk, plus picnic tables.
What runners say about Hayden Falls Park
“Frozen Hayden Falls is a magical winter gem — a powerful cascade transformed into a stunning ice formation that looks straight out of a fairytale.”
A quick walk down stairs and a wooden walkway and you're at this pretty waterfall. Parking lot right nearby. It'd be nice if a longer hike and had more ways to walk around, but still a nice spot to stop by. Before they built the stairs, we enjoyed adventuring around there and swimming around the waterfall as teens.
Hayden Falls Park is a stunning natural retreat hidden right in the middle of the suburbs. The centerpiece is a beautiful waterfall accessible via a short wooden boardwalk and a set of stairs. Keep in mind that parking is limited and the boardwalk can get narrow during busy times.
Cute little stroll down to the waterfall. If you are around the area, check it out for a nice walk.
After a big breakfast it was a awesome time going to check out this place in columbus. It was actually the Arlington area of columbus. This nice little walk to see this amazing little waterfall in Columbus Ohio is always sweet and epic
