Confirmed from Heather Ponds Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic tables and a playground, as well as basketball.
What runners say about Heather Ponds Park
“Grate Park from my 11 yr old to my one year old clean great space”
“The park has improved immensely over the past several years with a beautiful children's activity area of swings, at least two slides of different heights.”
“Covered seating area with 4 picnic tables provides The Only Shade, so bring hats and sunscreen.”
Great little known Park with new play equipment, basketball half court, four square, baseball backstop, and a paved walking path around the whole Park.
It was a very large park with couple different paths that you could walk along. Great for young to middle aged kids!
If you happen to stop by please say hi to Shayla, one of the neighbors dogs, who loves to talk walks to the park.
Grandson loves the design of the park offerings. Good slides and climbing structures. Added bonus is the walking path. Bring your sunscreen, there is no shade for the play area
