Confirmed from High Bridge Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about High Bridge Trail Head
Small parking lot. Room for maybe 10 cars in the area they setup. Pit toilet was clean and had toilet paper when we were there. Can camp once 500' from the parking lot. There is a nice big flat area just down the hill to camp in near Bear Creek. Was nice for a practice backpacking trip.
Not safe for small children, but beautiful if you can hike down the steep trail. Part of the trail requires you to cross the creek, bring waterproof shoes or expect to get wet feet
Good spot for a quick hike. Wish the parking lot was a little bigger though. Would defintely come back again. Nice views of the lake the whole way up its a solid choice
was pretty muddy the day that I rode, but nobody was around. You have to cross the creek to get to the trail so if the water is high, you might get wet.
