I was walking through Clearlake fishing. I started at Redbud. Then hit this little park then went on to Austin. There is a little beach at this park that is full of obsidian. There are lots of benches tons of shade and never anybody there. They also have grills everywhere. Nice little park clean, safe and not crowded.
Nice place to walk the dog because there's usually not many people around. It's mostly grassy, with several Park benches overlooking the water and several concrete pick nic tables near small build in charcoal grills. There is also a couple places to access the water, with sandy beach like areas.
This place is okay if you want to take a stroll by the lake. There's no lawn just stickers & weeds and a walking path. Their redoing this whole park for the past 2 months so should be nice after that.
