Confirmed from Hike And Bike Trail Access' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Hike And Bike Trail Access
I love this bike path, it leads u all the way out to route 9. It's such a smooth walk especially with my pup, he likes to drag me places lol, I walked this path twice now from Cohoes all the way to clifton park and I love love it. If you are looking for a path that isn't too crowded this is it.
So, we started on the Albany side of Colonie. The trail needs some attention. The roots are erupting through the path, which makes for a bumpy ride. In my opinion, starting at Lion’s Park and riding toward Buffalo is a better option. Big parking lot, bathroom and scenic!
Calm peaceful and out the way nice addition to your walk or bike ride!
