Confirmed from Hill's Hill's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Hill's Hill

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (61 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

Fabulous park. Large structure with accessible ramps. Monkey bars/rings, swings, slides, climbing walls, many fun structures. Picnic tables, bike racks, benches, mix of shade and sun. Soccer field and baseball diamond Bike paths Plenty of parking

There's a wonderful new playground here that my 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of great climbing, sliding and hanging structures. There's also a grass field and a baseball field on both sides of the playground to run around in.

This has been dubbed 'The Slide Park' by my little one. Very nice and plenty of options for all ages. There is a nice open field for kids to run around and play in if they get bored of the playground area. Bonus: There is an ice rink across the parking lot in case you need to run to the bathroom.

★★★★★ — Scott , Mar 2021

Nice town. Only complaint is the lack of Dunkin donuts drive thru due to zoning, or so I'm told, thereby needing to walk frozen backside into the store. Suppose I'm merely at odds with the weather and battling wicked caffeine addiction ha

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
