Nice place to walk your dog and get some walking workouts! Love the new trail. My favorite park in Chicago.
Beautiful park full of flower filled hiking trails along the edges. There's baseball fields tennis fields a huge lawn area for sunbathing or picnics. A clean bathroom area. A very extensive hot dog /food concession stand and great bike trails. There's also a place to rent canoes. This park has everything!
Great park and facilities for family barbecues, romping with the dogs, nature trails and jogging. Easy parking. Today is the 4th of July -- it was busy but not crowded -- we chose it over the Lake to avoid the crowds and parking nightmare -- we made the right choice!
What a great green space in the great city of Chicago. We went here for a cross country meet and it was fun for all ages. They had a farmers market, a great play ground, basketball courts and bike trails. Check it out. You will not be disappointed.
