Loved the trail. Well marked, gorgeous views, fun and challenging. Got a flat halfway through so will certainly return to finish it.
Awesome deep in the forest hiking trails for ruck marching. Good to zen out and admire flora and fauna.
I found this park on the Alltrails app. Free parking is available. Outside port-a-potee available by the parking lot. The off path trails are marked for bicycles and hikers. Today, this trail was active with families, bicyclers, and individuals enjoying a nice walk.
Very nice hike. There is a paved asphalt walking path that is about 10 feet wide which wraps around the lake (in a horse shoe shape ). There are several dirt paths that splinter off the walking path that are mostly used bike mountain bikers which means you will have to often step to the side.
