Confirmed from Houston Road Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Low-key neighborhood park featuring a playground, soccer field, swings and slides.

Nice little park too walk around. The County keeps the grounds well maintain.Family friendly and pets also.Semper Fi. Nov 10, is the Marine Corps Birthday. Ooorah!
This park is my local park. The play equipment is great and fun to play on for your kids. There's also a open field for you to play a sport. A walking path is also here and it's great for exercise. I been going here ever since I was born basically. The experiences I had here were very happy and memorable.
My kid loves it. Slides, swings some monkey bars. Separate areas for little kids and bigger kids. Nice walking/jogging path so you can walk while keeping an eye on your kids at the playground. Could use some maintenance. But a nice neighborhood park.
I had a great experience at Houston Road Park. The walking trails were well-maintained, and the park had a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were clean, and there were plenty of benches to relax on. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely walk or a picnic. Highly recommended for a relaxing day out!

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
