Confirmed from Indian River Lagoon Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreation area on Browns Bay with wildlife viewing, walking trails, picnic areas & a fishing dock.
What runners say about Indian River Lagoon Park
“But you are sure to see some fish jumping and some beautiful birds gliding effortlessly through the beautiful sky!”
“It's beautiful place great for kayaking early morning it's the best time not busy and quiet.”
Quiet launch, great for beginners. I would recommend wearing watershoes for launching and if you cannot carry your kayak or paddleboard on your own bring something to help. The launch is a bit of a walk from the parking lot.
Nice nature park with a covered pavilion and public restrooms. There is a concrete walking trail.
One of my favorite places to meditate.... A nice relaxing place to walk, immerse yourself in nature, and enjoy the Back Lagoon. If you are very blessed during your visit, you may just get to see a few dolphin or Manatee!
There isn’t a lot of signage to find this little gem. There isn’t a playground, but it is a wonderful place to learn and enjoy the nature side of new Smyrna Beach. there are a couple of picnic tables and restrooms. Bring a leash to walk her dog.
