Great park for older kids. No shade from sun. Plenty of seating for parents. Has a great pond with a paved trail around it.
While there is an amazing view of the mountain (when it’s out), this playground truly is for bigger kids. If your kid is under 5 like mine, be prepared to get your own balance/stretch workout in as you clamber on this thing. It’s great for kids with vivid imaginations. Useful things to know: It has one slide.
This is a new park and and it was our first time there. We spent about at least an hour at the park and my son loved it. The view of Mt Rainier looks spectacular from here. The surrounding neighborhood is still being built.
