After researching “Forest Bathing” as a means of healing (Japanese), I sought out local nature areas for some much-needed outdoor time. This trail and creek combo was more than I had anticipated. Note: this is not the paved trail.
Not for hikers wanting to get in multiple miles but such a good dog walking trail! Lots of shade, good parking, safe, and clean trails. I can't even drive past this place with my dog in the car he'll go nuts!
Wonderful trail with lots of shade for the little ones. The trail is not long at all (10min) from one side to the other - it starts on one side of the pond at Hope Park in Frisco and ends at the other side.
Calm and beautiful hidden trail with a creek full of catfish and clear water which allows you to see them easily.The roots of trees got suspended due to settelment and the environment is a little creepy.
