This is a nice park, because it's long and has a looping paved trail the whole width of the park. Roxy liked it during our cooler June weather.
I had a large event for a couple hundred clients at this park. We reserved three of the pavilions but only needed two. I was there from 10:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. setting up and taking things down. It was a beautiful day and yet the traffic of people using the park wasn't very high.
This is the perfect park to visit during summer days. There are many benches and tables to sit, some near the playground and some close to the water. I loved the view, you can enjoy a walk here as well. The kids also enjoyed playing on the sand area.
Nice park with friendly park goers. Lots of seating, picnick tables and benches both in and out of the shade. There's lots of parking in multiple places. The trails are nice also.
