Confirmed from Jackson School Woods Nature Reserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring trails for hiking and pickleball.
What runners say about Jackson School Woods Nature Reserve
It's a perfect place for a Good walk/bike ride for the neighborhood. I was really surprised to see this Woods during my Early morning walk in the neighborhood. After entering a few hundred feet inside you'll feel like a deep forest here.
It is really nice to have this trail through the woods so easily accessible as part of a long walk around the area. It takes about 8 minutes from one end to the other. It’s a nice touch of wilderness in a residential neighborhood.
Not a bad place to walk alone or with someone. I did not quite understand where it is better to park the car. I hope you have better luck finding parking.
Ohhh my gosh what an incredible hidden treasure. A must walk when in the city.
