Confirmed from Jacob Myers Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌳 shaded & cool 4 mentions

“Shade, water, playground, grass, picnic area, parking, and its in town you don't have to drive long hours and the river has clear crystal water.”

Always pretty crowded on the weekends. 10$ for non-residents and 7$ for Riverbank residents. The river runs pretty fast and full around May and the water is very cold but it’s ok for wading and playing near the shore.

Great walking trail, or picnic areas, restrooms, and lots of photo ops. The big trees are great, but they've lost a lot from storms. I'm hoping to see new trees planted soon. It's our nature walk in our own backyard.

Great park! The playground is awesome for the kids. Restrooms are close by. Love the trail, either walking or bike riding it's great for river views. And you can cool off in the river. It does have a current, but it's really low, so it makes it great for the kids to enjoy

Beautiful river! Large playground w/gazebo and BBQs. Lots of grassy areas and plenty of shade. Great 1 mile paved walking trail w/picnic tables. Boat launch and fishing! $7 parking during peak months. Warning: the river may be shallow but it has a fast current!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
