Confirmed from Jacob's Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Easy and moderate hiking trails through the woods and along creeks, plus picnic pavilions.

Very peaceful. Short little hike. Love the bridges. Nice little places to sit next to the river and think. Will definitely return.

★★★★★ — Jamie , Dec 2020

Set of short trails though the woods. Very little hiking areas, and there are a few bridges to go across a running water creek. Beautiful scenery, Jacob's park has an impactful story behind it. Worth the visit, longest trail took about 43 minutes walking.

This is a really easy walk with a variety of plants and so many swallowtail! Very peaceful.

My family really enjoyed walking this trail not far from home! During the walk we talked about the young boy named Jacob whose memory is honored here. The signs posted in various places warn and educate about the danger of E-Coli in the water.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
