Confirmed from Karen T. Marcus Sandhill Crane Access Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tranquil park for hiking and biking, plus a boat ramp to launch watercraft and fish.
What runners say about Karen T. Marcus Sandhill Crane Access Park
“The path is well maintained and great for getting some exercise, but there is not a lot of shade in the area, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead with water and sun protection.”
“They told me that the ride out and back along the Bluegill Trail was beautiful and refreshing.”
Great place for going for a run or adventure on a bike! Seen a lot of folks fishing here as well! If you need to get away for a bit close to home this is the place.
Very nice park. Easy parking, beautiful observation deck. It’s also a great place if you want to get some riding in without the dangers of getting hit by a car. Gravel/Mountain bike needed.
I arrived here just as a biking group arrived. They told me that the ride out and back along the Bluegill Trail was beautiful and refreshing. They looked sweaty. I opted not to unpack my own bike and take the ride, instead climbing the flight of stairs to the observation deck to enjoy the view. The 1.
Very safe place for families. Its beautiful lots of wild life. Places to sit and observe nature. Great place to bike and get in some miles.
