We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Karst Farm Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Karst Farm Trail
This will be a five star trail but not yet. No parking at the trailhead in ellettesville. Areas where the trail is just a sidewalk next to a road are not ideal. Crossing hwy48 (West 3rd) isn't marked well or set up well. Parks and rec have done a great job so far and I'm sure they will continue to improve this trail.
Well manicured, wide paved trail. Enough room for walkers with dogs, runners, and bikes. The park area is a nice place to rest, potty and the fountain has a water bowl for the pups. The bird watching was fun too.
Nice trail in Bloomington - easy to get to and connects with a trail that leads all the way to Ellettsville.
Beautiful area. Lots to do. The park is clean and decently shaded. The water park is a lot of fun and free!
