Confirmed from Kathy Seei Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large Western-themed sculptures, scenic trails & an amphitheater are a draw to this spacious park.
What runners say about Kathy Seei Park
“Beautiful mature trees, benches well placed near running water and paved walkways.”
“Kathy Seei Park is a nice and peaceful place in Frisco, Texas.”
Cute little park just enough for a nice walk. No picnic table but a few benches and very generous amount of steps! If you walk all around the park it makes about a mile in walking distance.
Very nice small park with history and some statues, water stream and connected to small beautiful lake to walk around for a mile so you can spend 1-2 hours there , good for older kids, it's hard to use stroller there as it is like up and down with some stairs. Really recommend it.
This is such a lovely park. We went on a Monday evening and it was very empty and quiet. My daughter loved running around the b-eautiful trails and my wife took photos till her phone's memory (literally) ran out. It's also quite near. There is a nice waterway and a fountain.
Kathy Seei Park is a nice and peaceful place in Frisco, Texas. It has beautiful statues, walking paths, and a small fountain area. Great for a short walk, taking pictures, or relaxing with family. Not very big, but clean and quiet. We love it so much 😍😍

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
