Confirmed from Kickapoo Woods' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park popular for cycling, hiking and dog-walking, plus trail runs and strolls.

Under rated and under used. We had the boat / canoe launch all to ourselves. You should try out the trails too! Biking and hiking wasn't crowded.
Nice clean quiet place to get a 1mile once around walk in,, bike ride, dog walk with poop disposals,,Please Use Them,Spot a Deer or more,Bat Roost,Park Forest Security on duty from time to time,,Great Place,,well kept,,I Love It,,💞
This area is really nice, lots of wildlife! There are a few bats you can see at night, along with coyotes and deer. It’s a great place to walk and enjoy nature in the city.
Removed a lot of Bush and trees. So running and/or walking the 2 mile trail is not so secluded. Ample off street parking.
