Confirmed from Kingswood South Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Kingswood South Trailhead
Beautiful loop trail near McNutt Creek in Athens, GA. Four different entrances from the adjoining neighborhood with parking on street. There is a small shoal area and a memorial orchard as well.
I love the Kingswood trails because they aren't clinically trimmed and paved, I really like that it's just a trail through the woods. It's pretty short but I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go it runs right beside a creek for a lot of the way.
Pleasant, fairly level short loop trail in lightly wooded area next to a creek and just off a quiet, older subdivision. Probably very muddy after heavy rain.
Beautiful place to run, a couple nice benches to sit down on as well, they have really been upgrading the place the past couple years. If you’re in the area and are looking for something quite, this is a great option
