Confirmed from Kirby Billingsley Hydro Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice park on the side of the highway. You have basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball and some softball fields. Nice spot to walk along the river as well.

Great place for walk near river, go swimming, boating, picnic, lots of grassy space. Shade. Only thing it needs is a playground for kids in my opinion. Theres basketball court and volleyball area and softball fields..so a playground would make it 5 stars. I like stopping by park when I'm in the area.

Great place to swim. They have a wonderful swimming area. This is also a place where you can play softball on the three forleds they have. It connects to the loops trail..so you could bike there from town. Also, they have a place to reserve for parties and get togethers.

3 great very well maintained softball fields with facilities. Right off the Columbia river. Gets cold after the sun goes down so bring a jacket or sweat shirt. Gazebo and playground area. Loop trail goes from the walking bridge all the way to the playing fields.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 9 mentions

“River near the walking path and u can walk into the shallow water to cool feet off and or enjoy the view of river and hills across river.”
