Kirkwood park is a little gem of a park! It has a great walking trail around the lake that I throughly enjoyed. The children’s park is well maintained and the splash pad is fun for the kiddos. There are grill tables and picnics spots available for daytime use. We had snow cones in the park concessions.
Gorgeous park, completely under rated. We were so surprised! Tennis courts, wide green spaces, nice little fishing lake, paved trails, splash pad/spray pad, giant sand box for the littles and 2 playgrounds (little ones and big kids). It was clean, and had everything. There was even a sno cone shop!!!
A wonderful suburban park about a mile west of downtown Kirkwood. It has some good natural trails which are all short, but great for a family walk with the dog.
This park is the best park ever!!! It has several areas for different ages. Beautiful pond for a walk with the family. You can rent out picnic areas for birthday parties, family bbqs, events! Pavilions are hard to get (rent one out months before needed, always booked up) If you play pokemon go it's the place to be.
