Confirmed from Lake Greenview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Alligator-inhabited recreation area with swings and a playground for kids.
What runners say about Lake Greenview Park
“There's a good amount of space and it's nice and quite, though they should clean the thing”
“Quiet park, has benches and a playground you could use for a picnic.”
It's a great little hidden jem! Only down fall is the walkways go behind people's homes that have real loud vicious dogs that literally scream and jump at you through the fence. The owners see people trying to enjoy a family walk w dogs and kids and they just dont care.
This place is good for walking. It has an animal park. There are alligators to beware. Other than that it's very lovely and the kids and animals and people are there every day
Surprisingly nice quiet greenbelt off the beaten path. Enjoyed the open space, trees, water and sidewalk.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadwater — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
