Confirmed from Middleton Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Middleton Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (210 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“Beautiful park, excellent walking trails for people and pets.”

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“The play area is perfect for kids of all ages.”

The neighborhood is great. Many of the neighbors are great. The HOA is not so great. Many of the home owners voice complaints and some even make petitions. If it doesn't effect the Hamlet's they don't care and if you don't live in the Hamlet's you will be fined for something, so don't let your guests park in front of…

Love this established neighborhood. The play area is perfect for kids of all ages. The trail has a varied elevation great for runners and allows you to go for miles.

Beautiful park, excellent walking trails for people and pets. Picnic areas in shaded area. The playground is in good shape however there is no canopy covering it and it gets hot in the afternoon. It’s best to go early in the morning and late evening during the summer.

Have lived in Crowfield for 23 years and love it here. We have 4 pools, tennis courts, a baseball field, several nice parks and playgrounds, a lake and 16 miles of walking trails! Crowfield is a beautiful place to live!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 6 mentions

“We enjoy the wooded view from our backyard and the wildlife that visits.”
