Confirmed from Middleton Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Housing development featuring 16 miles of walking trails, a lake, pools, tennis courts, a baseball field, and playgrounds.

“The play area is perfect for kids of all ages.”
The neighborhood is great. Many of the neighbors are great. The HOA is not so great. Many of the home owners voice complaints and some even make petitions. Love this established neighborhood. The play area is perfect for kids of all ages. The trail has a varied elevation great for runners and allows you to go for miles.
Beautiful park, excellent walking trails for people and pets. Picnic areas in shaded area. The playground is in good shape however there is no canopy covering it and it gets hot in the afternoon. It’s best to go early in the morning and late evening during the summer.
Have lived in Crowfield for 23 years and love it here. We have 4 pools, tennis courts, a baseball field, several nice parks and playgrounds, a lake and 16 miles of walking trails! Crowfield is a beautiful place to live!
