Confirmed from Lake Okahumpka Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
130-acre park with pet stations & picnic shelters, plus a paved trail, disc-golf course & boat ramp.

This park has awesome exercise trails! Every 100 yards or so there is an exercise station with equipment. It is a beautifully managed green space. Canoe rental, 2 volley ball courts, and 9 hole disc golf. This is WAY nicer than Greenways in Nashville TN. Kudos to the Sumpter Co. Parks Dept!
Love this little park. Paved walkways, nice boat ramp, beautiful picnic areas, handicap bathrooms. This is a very well maintained county park here in Wildwood Florida. Didn't see any Gators today. Another great place to stop and stretch the legs. And enjoy the cool breezes that come off Lake Okahumpka.
Lake Okahumpka Park is absolutely beautiful. Hands down the nicest park we have been to since arriving in Florida. They have a playground for kids, plenty of trails for hikers with some exercises on the trails, a boat launch. They are open from dusk til dawn. I would highly reccomend stopping here if you are on 44.
Nice, quiet park. Lots of parking spaces, nice short trails. Not ideal for fishing off the pier. Not much lake access either
