Confirmed from Lake Willastein Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The lake is tranquil and beautiful. There's an easy and comfortable path that you can walk around the lake. Several benches are positioned to face the water, allowing for lovely views. I enjoyed walking here with my friends, and we felt very comfortable. Additionally, the parking lot is spacious.

It's a beautiful place to take walks with your family, pets, or solo. Fishing is permitted just don't feed the wildlife. Beautiful scenery and lots of parking.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 16 mentions

“From the play area to the tutorials to walk or ride bikes, the amazing view, you can bring a boat as there is a docking area, little sand to play in near the water.”
