Confirmed from Lakeview Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Clean and beautiful with amazing views, it has access to the beach but that part is a little bit hard. You can park in the parking that is free. Wheelchair accessible and most of trail is paved. The trail is mixed with golf courses.
Lovely trail next to a nature reserve. Seals and dolphins in the ocean, well maintained paths and trails.
Nice place for hike. Some paths down to the beaches. Next a through a golf course. Paved road and sandy side path next to it. Out and back less than 2 miles.
Spectacular views. With trails criss cross Trump International Golf Course.
