Confirmed from Lakewood Active Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy park with swings, slides and other play equipment, plus a basketball court, BBQ grill and picnic tables.
What runners say about Lakewood Active Park
“Park is clean with well maintained open grass fields open walking paths throughout the entire park.”
The playground set looks like it is a bit of American gladiator training tool. But, It has three or four different slides that my daughter frequently dives head first down. Park is clean with well maintained open grass fields open walking paths throughout the entire park.
I really enjoy this park because i can see all 4 of my kids wherever they go. The playground offers several fun slides, bridges, and climbing toys. There are swings off to one side and a very large field for running around. The basketball court is small but does get used often.
Big open space! Lots of grass to play and run. Big trees to hide behind for hide & seek! Love the play structure for my toddlers as well 👍🏼
